We are excited to announce that Dr. Pierce has been awarded an NSERC Discovery Grant! Research supported by this grant will explore how early life stress and socioeconomic variability influence the nature of children’s early language environment and their early brain development. We will further test how these variables interact to support language learning. We are so grateful for the opportunity to conduct this exciting new research!
